solid system, good deal too
got a really good discount on my TouchBistro system after chatting with their sales team, definitely worth asking for what they can do. setting up the Cash Drawers was super easy and the whole POS is pretty intuitive. i'm managing a few locations now with their multi-unit management features and it's been a lifesaver for keeping track of everything. my only tiny gripe is that i wish their payment processing rates were a little more transparent upfront, but overall it's a very robust system. way better than some of the others i've tried.

Are you guys looking for restaurant tech that actually works? My team and I have been absolutely thrilled with TouchBistro! We've been using their Reservations Management and it's made such a difference in how smoothly our front-of-house runs. Setting up online ordering was super straightforward too, which was a huge plus. The only tiny thing, and it's really minor, is that I wish their reporting for Labor Management was just a touch more customizable. But seriously, it's a solid platform and I'd recommend it to any restaurant owner. We'll definitely be sticking with them!

solid system, just a few hiccups
grabbed some networking hardware last week for our new setup. touchbistro itself is pretty reliable, like it always has been over the years for us. it's consistent and way better than toast for managing tables. just wish their quickbooks integration was a bit more straightforward, took some figuring out to get it all synced up properly. still good overall though. 😌

We bought the basic Point of Sale package. It was easy to install. Staff picked it up quickly. Payments process fine. Good system for our needs.

Pretty smooth setup
Setting up the Restaurant Management Software was less of a headache than I thought it would be. The support team helped me out with a couple of questions, nothing major. I got the Cloud Reporting working, and it's pretty neat to see sales figures from home. It's been a good experience overall, much better than our old system, which was super clunky. Glad we made the switch.
Consistent performance always
This is my third time using TouchBistro, this time for a new location. I've always found their Payment Processing to be reliable, and this order was no different. The Inventory Management module is still as robust as I remember from my first restaurant. They're consistent, which is why I keep coming back. No surprises, just solid service, as usual.
